ARTS & CULTURE AROUND THE WORLD: AMERICAS
9:00 am - 10:00 am | Children will travel the Americas, from Peru’s Machu Picchu to Brazilian Carnivals to Argentina’s waterfalls to the dry deserts in Chile to Inuit igloos, learning about art, music, and culture.
DANCE & MOVEMENT: CONTEMPORARY DANCE
10:00 am - 11:00 am | Children will explore new dance steps and new styles through jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dance, gaining body and spatial awareness, creativity, expression, and leadership.
WORLD OF WONDERS: EARTH SCIENCE
11:00 pm - 12:00 pm | Children will learn about our amazing planet: volcanos, layers of the Earth, caves, rocks and geology, earthquakes, mountains, coral reefs, atmosphere, erosion, the water cycle, hurricanes and tornados, photosynthesis, light and shadows, and renewable energy.
SCIENCE EXPLORATION: INTERACTIVE SCIENCE
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm | In this interactive science class, children will learn about plants, forces, materials, rocks, weather, disasters, electricity, sound, light, space, and the environment.
