At LEAP, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students, families, and staff members. Our code of conduct outlines the expectations and guidelines for behavior within our learning community.
3. Responsibility and Accountability

Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others.

Follow instructions from tutors and staff members and complete assigned tasks to the best of your ability.
2. Cooperation and Collaboration

Work collaboratively with peers, tutors, and staff members to support each other's learning and growth.

Respect the contributions and opinions of others during group activities and discussions.
4. Safety and Well-Being

Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment by following all safety rules and guidelines.

Report any concerns or incidents of bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior to a staff member immediately.
5. Attendance and Punctuality

Arrive on time for scheduled tutoring sessions, classes, and activities.

Notify the learning center within 24 hours if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.
6. Respect for Property

Treat learning materials, equipment, and facilities with care and respect.

Clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces in the same or better condition than you found them.
7. Noise Levels

Maintain an appropriate noise level in shared spaces to foster a focused and respectful learning environment.

Avoid excessive noise, including loud conversations and disruptive behavior, that may disturb others' concentration or learning experience.
9. Dress Code

Dress in a manner that is appropriate and conducive to learning.

Avoid clothing with offensive language or imagery.
10. Confidentiality

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others by not sharing personal or sensitive information without permission.
11. Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to verbal warnings, temporary suspension, or expulsion from the learning center's programs.

Decisions regarding disciplinary actions will be made by learning center staff members and may involve consultation with parents/guardians.
12. Parents/Guardians Involvement

Parents/guardians play a vital role in supporting their child's adherence to the code of conduct and are encouraged to communicate regularly with learning center staff members.
By enrolling in our programs, students and their families agree to abide by the code of conduct outlined above. Together, we can create a positive and enriching learning experience for everyone in our community.
8. Use of Technology

Use electronic devices (e.g., computers, tablets, smartphones) responsibly and for educational purposes only.

Adhere to the learning center's guidelines for acceptable use of technology and internet resources.
