1. Services Offered

  • We offer tutoring services for acceleration or remediation tailored to children and youth aged 3 to 18, including those with learning disabilities such as dyslexia and autism.

  • Additionally, we provide homeschool partnership programs for children aged 3 to 13. Please note that parents are required to actively participate in these programs.

  • Parents/guardians are required to actively participate in homeschool partnership programs. This includes attending scheduled sessions and actively engaging in their child's learning process.

  • LEAP cannot be held responsible for costs incurred if parents/guardians do not obtain approved subventions or funding for our services.

3. Parents' responsiblities

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child arrives and departs from LEAP safely and on time.

  • Parents/guardians are also responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their child's learning needs, including any medical or behavioral concerns.

2. Enrollment and Payments

  • Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and completion of the registration process.

  • Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, LEAP cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on our premises or during our programs.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child outside of scheduled program hours, including drop-off and pick-up times.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All students are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes respect, kindness, and inclusivity.

  • Any behavior that is disruptive or harmful to others may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion from our programs.

6. Privacy Policy

  • LEAP  respects the privacy of our students and their families. Any personal information collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For more information, read our privacy policy.

7. Amendments and Updates

  • LEAP reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled families in advance.
